INSCHO, Daniel Joseph, aged 60, died at McLaren Bay Region Hospital on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 after an illness of two years. Dan was born in Saginaw on October 30, 1951 to the late Ralph and Kathleen (Grant) Inscho and lived in Saginaw all of his life. He was a 1969 graduate of St. Stephen High School and was employed in grounds maintenance at Saginaw Valley State University until the time of his illness.


Dan is survived by his fiancˇe, Malinda Schwerin, of Kawkawlin; his daughter, Katie (Sean) Fowler; two grandchildren: Thomas and Sidney, both of California; his brother, Dr. Fred (Tina) Inscho of Troy Ohio; two nephews: Fred (Sherrie) Inscho Jr. of Troy, Ohio, and Brendan (Amy) Inscho of Columbus, Ohio; five great-nieces and nephews; and his cousin, Rev. Fr. William R. Taylor of Saginaw.

 

Funeral Mass will take place at St. Stephen Church, 1310 Malzahn, on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.  Rev. Fr. William R. Taylor will officiate.  Burial will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery. 

 

Friends may call at Deisler Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m., and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral.

 

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen parish.
