MAZEROLLE, Wilma C. (Cook), Saginaw,
Michigan. Passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at The Cartwright Hospice
Residence. Age 80 years. Wilma Catherine Cook was born on May 13, 1930 in
Saginaw, Michigan to the late William and Anna (Selden) Cook. Wilma had been
employed with the U.S. Air Force as a civilian secretary for a Four Star
General for over 33 years. She also worked for the Social Security
Administration. Throughout her life she has lived in Alaska, Nebraska, Maine
and Michigan. She loved bowling, bingo, reading and walking. Wilma was a member
of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and The American Business WomenÕs
Association. Wilma was a volunteer for many years at Covenant HealthCare.
Surviving are three sisters and a brother: Edna Lutenski of Saginaw, Harriet Kolhagen of Saginaw, Mary Plowman of St. Charles, and Charles (Evelyn) Cook of Tecumseh, MI.
Wilma was preceded in death by her twin brother, William Cook and a sister, Helen Decatur.
FUNERAL- WilmaÕs Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd. Rev. Fr. David L. Parsch will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery.
VISITATION- Friends may call at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Monday from 3:00 pm to 8.00 p.m. A Vigil Service honoring Wilma will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Wilma will lie in state at the church on Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. Mass.
