YAGGIE, Sharon Kay of Saginaw (Indiantown), Michigan, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010 at St. Mary’s of Michigan Hospital. She was 70 years old. Sharon Kay Wiese was born on March 16, 1940, in Saginaw, to the late Carl and Neta (Willert) Wiese. She married Ralph Walters on January 19, 1957 in Saginaw. He preceded her in death. Sharon then married William L. Yaggie on September 4, 1976; he preceded her in death on October 27, 1994. Sharon was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Surviving are two sons and four daughters: Christine (Frank) Glenn, Amber (Daniel) Medina, Dawn Nelson, Billie Yaggie and her partner, Jonathan Casey, Dane Walters, and Jerry Tobin; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to John Murday, Michelle Doran and to all of the medical professionals who took excellent care of Sharon during her illness.

Sharon was preceded in death by her grandson, Mark Medina, Jr.; two brothers, Robert and James Wiese.
