Fulsher, Jr. James R. age 79 passed away Friday, May 3, 2024 at Healthsource Saginaw. James was born April 2, 1945 in Saginaw, Michigan the son of the late James and Beatrice (Weiss) Fulsher, Sr.

Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army. He went on to graduate from Michigan State University. Jim worked for the City of Saginaw Police Dept. He enjoyed reading, playing golf, going to his favorite restaurants and his love of genealogy. But most of all he will be remembered as being a creature of habit, his honesty and having a great memory.

Jim is survived by his nieces and nephews; Elizabeth (Justo) Gonzalez, Michelle (Jeff) Mitchell, Lori (Brian Willard) Fulsher and Robert (Amy) Fulsher and sister in-law; Gloria Fulsher, several great nieces and nephews and one great-great niece on the way. Besides his parents, Jim is preceded in death by a brother; Robert J. Fulsher.

FUNERAL: In keeping with Jim’s wishes a private graveside service will take place at a later date.

MEMORIALS: Those that are wanting to do a memorial contribution are asked to consider St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or keep Jim in your memories as you visit Mr. Hot Dog.
