Dr. Burkey was such a kind and compassionate man. Our children were some of his first patients when he started in his pediatric office for the first 25 years. Rest in peace good and faithful Doctor.

Tom and I were classmates at Sts. Peter and Paul high school class of 1967.
Over the last few years he and some of our old classmates would reunite at quarterly luncheons. It was always good to see him.
