Nancy Kubik

Nancy Jane Kubik, age 93, of Saginaw, passed away on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at her residence. Nancy Jane Harmer was born on August 15, 1931 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Harold and Dorothea (Odiorne) Harmer. She married the love of her life Kenneth A. Kubik. Nancy was employed by St. Luke's Hospital as a Clerk for the Medical Library, retiring after several years of dedicated service. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Saginaw for many years, where she volunteered often. She loved travelling up north to the family cottage, where many fond memories were made. Nancy also enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are her two sons, Kraig (Janine) Kubik and Kenneth “Kim” Kubik Jr.; grandchildren, Jamie (Mike) Marzi and Joan (Robert Russell) Pool; and great-grandchildren, Elizabeth (Brett) Courts, Colton Marzi, Luke Marzi and Alaya Russell.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth A. Kubik, who passed away in 2013.

Nancy's family would like to thank the staff at Wellspring Senior Living Campus and the staff of Gentiva Hospice for the extraordinary care their mother received.

Following Nancy's wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time.

She will be buried next to her husband at Forest Lawn cemetery in Saginaw.
