To the entire family, I am so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. I just spoke with him a few months ago and he was as he always had been as we were growing up around Grandma and Grandpa Westbrook's. We always loved it when all of you came home for a visit. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you as you have to navigate life without him. God Bless You!
