Noel, was a good brother in law and I will miss him. He loved his all you can eat fish day at the Oyster Bar in Bradenton Florida. He loved his dog. Rest in peace and you will always be remembered. Nancy and Fred Rader

My brother Noel was a man of wisdom beyond his years. He heart was kind, his desire was to help his fellow man. He accomplished much but desired more. He will be missed. He left me with amazing memories. Love you Noel. ❤️ Joan Marie

Noel was my neighbor, and one of the first people I met when I moved into the neighborhood. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about my rowdy dogs disturbing the neighbors. The first time I met him he told me "I love the sound of the dogs barking." It made me feel so welcome. He was always kind and I'll miss having him and Joey as a neighbor.
