Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Schnepp Senior Care and Rehab Center in St. Louis, Michigan. She was 94 years old. Dolores Elizabeth Kosma was born on October 5, 1930 in Bayonne, New Jersey to Andrew and Elizabeth (Bemis) Kosma. She married Thomas Henry Eynon in Union, New Jersey. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1987. Dolores was a longtime member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and later St. Helen Catholic Church, Rolling Green Golf Club, and the Germania Club for many years.
She will be remembered by her loved ones as a dedicated and loving mom and homemaker. Dolores enjoyed traveling back to her home state of New Jersey and spending time with her sister Barbara at the Jersey Shore. She really loved spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are her children, Wendy Burkhardt, Thomas Mark (Yvonne) Eynon, and Marisa (Jeff) Ezop; grandchildren, Nathan (Krystal) Eynon, Joshua (Stephanie) Eynon, Sarah (Jeff) Scray, Colton Ezop, Caiden Ezop, and Christian Ezop; great-grandchildren, Addison Eynon, Ellie Mae Eynon, Logan Eynon, Charlotte Eynon, William Eynon, Madison Kloppmann, Alexandria Scray, Isabelle Scray, Landon Scray, and Elena Scray; one sister, Barbara Allocco, and many nieces and nephews.
Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Elizabeth; son in-law, Gary Burkhardt.
The Eynon family would like to thank Angel and the rest of the Schnepp Senior Care and Rehab Staff for the wonderful care they provided to Dolores in her time of need.
VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
FUNERAL SERVICE: A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 8, 2024 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Road (off State). Rev. Fr. Steven M. Gavit will officiate. A Committal service will follow at St. Andrew Cemetery in Saginaw.
