Elaine F. Roberts

Saginaw, Michigan

Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Covenant HealthCare – Harrison. She was 77 years old. Elaine F. Turner was born on June 7, 1947 in Saginaw to the late William and Emalyn (Craft) Turner. She married William L. Roberts Jr. on June 26, 1970, and he preceded her in death on June 10, 2023. She loved camping and crafting especially making wreaths and ceramics. Her kind heart continued to grow with each grandchild and great grandchild that was born. Her family was her pride and joy.

Elaine is survived by three children and their spouses, Karen (Matt) Taylor; Tina (Brad) Mott; William III. (Cory) Roberts; a bonus daughter, Lisa (James) Platko; her grandchildren, Brandon (Shelby) Sullivan; Tyler (Leslie) Sullivan; Jacob (Libby) Taylor; Michael (Allison) Taylor; Tony (Destini) Roberts; Makayla (Chris) Roberts; Emma Roberts; Nathan “Bear” Roberts; Alex Ward; Robbie (Lola) Ward; Cassidy Mott Chinevere; Ian Mott; Alysa (Eshon) Jones; Jacob (Gabriela) Nerio; Brooke Sullivan; Chelsey Vietti; her great grandchildren, Rylynn and Ansley Sullivan, Lorenzo Roberts, Kinsley and Bentley Sullivan; A'Mila Jones and her great grandsons expected in just a few days, Elias and Esaiah Jones; her sister-in-law, Sharon Lagalo.

Elaine was predeceased by her parents, her husband, great granddaughter, A'Mara Jones; a brother-in-law, Felix Lagalo, two nephews, David and Roger Lagalo; niece, Debby Lagalo; and dear cousins: Mike, Missy and Wendy.

SERVICE: In keeping with Elaine's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2024 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd., Saginaw, MI 48603. Christina Braun will officiate Friends may visit with family from 11:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the Memorial Service.

MEMORIALS: Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to Covenant Kids. Cousin Elaine Roberts was a very sweet,caring, loving,kind and understanding person and a lot more and a great friend and she is always going to be missed by alot of her family and alot of people who knew her and loved her alot too.Now she is going to be up in Heaven with her husband Bill and my cousin and she is going to be looking down at everyone and I in her family.
