Hard to believe that Jason is never going to tease the kids or give any member of his family a dose of his humor anymore. He had those intense eyes that seemed to see everything and everyone! He was always so respectful of me and always called me Mrs. Jacques even though I mentioned that Brenda would be good! Jason was so good at fixing cars and helped me more than once with mine. I’m truly sorry that he won’t be here to watch his son grow up but rest easy Jason, you have plenty of family that will help! I hope you find the peace you deserve.

Jason loved spending time with his cousins/family up north. His love for the outdoors was only rivaled by his Dad's. It was not that long ago I shared these pictures with him and his siblings. Now he joins his Dad (my brother), (my parents) Grandpa Patson, Grandma Patson, and (my son) David John in Heaven. His deep laugh, his deeper love of people, his panache for telling stories, will live on in our hearts and memories. My heart hurts that no future memories will be made. It also celebrates the ones we did make. He will live on in every thought someone has of him. In every picture someone looks at.

You will be missed Jason. You impacted a lot of lives in a positive manner! All the kids absolutely loved you even when you pretended to scold them!! They knew you had a soft heart!!!
Such a respectful man. Even after I asked you to call me by my first name, you always called me Mrs. Jacques. And you always helped when something went wrong with my car or helped move something. And that's after you had hurt yourself....bad!
And your eyes, you had the most intense eyes! When you were talking to anyone, they knew you were really listening to them.
I hope you're at peace now. You will never be forgotten. Your sense of humor won't be forgotten and most importantly, your son will have memories of you two together as well as your family that will share their memories with him. Rest easy Jason.
