Laura Sue Wilson age 52 passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper, Saginaw, Michigan. Laura was born February 13, 1972 in Saginaw, Michigan the daughter of the late Jackie and Judith (Adams) Wilson. Laura enjoyed reading, playing games on her tablets and people watching; if you wanted to know anything about the neighbors, Laura would be the one to ask. But most of all Laura loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Laura is survived by her son; Tyler (Danni) Wilson, 3 sisters; Lisa (John) Chobod, Lynne Wilson and Michelle Gorzela, 8 nieces and nephews; Cassie Chobod, Chrissy Krull, Caty Chobod, John (Sophi) Chobod, Carly (Russ) Leitz, Jake (Kayla) Chobod and Frank Gorzela, uncle; Robert (Katie) Adams, sister in-law; Jeanine (Dave) Kapitzke and a very special caregiver and friend; Rochelle Gass and several great-nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Laura was preceded in death by nephew, DJ Krull.

A special “Thank you” to the staff at Covenant who went above and beyond for Laura and her family.

FUNERAL: A Memorial service will take place at 12:30 PM, Friday, March 8, 2024 at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) Saginaw, MI 48603. Family would like to request visitors to wear something purple in memory of Laura (her favorite color).

VISITATION: Family and friends are welcome to visit with the family Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

Recalling Laura, instantly a joyous grin creeps on my face. You see, her humor was infectious, love for life palpable. She had a contagious zest and color about her, evident in our mischievous walks to the bridge. How can I forget when that spider startled her into an Olympic sprint? Oh, and those golden arches trips! My heart is filled with warmth as I remember dear Laura today: supremely kindhearted, hilariously funny and unapologetically creative. The world sparkled just a bit more with her in it.

Laura, You will be missed. I don't know what I am going to miss more our Saturday morning Sudoku sessions, you giving me your snack orders , us sitting outside talking with everyone even if they didnt want to talk to us. You yelling at me , Me yelling at you, Laughing so hard we both peed ourselves! I honestly feel so lost without you! You are so precious to me! I love you always.
