Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at her residence, she was 70 years old. Linda Marie Smith was born on October 31, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan to Harold W. and Anneliese G. (Barein) Smith. She married John Olivier on December 10, 1993 in Midland, Michigan. Linda attended Buena Vista and Saginaw High School and continued her education at Delta College, earning a degree in nursing. She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, retiring after 25 years of service.

Linda loved animals, especially dogs, she was their biggest advocate. She will be remembered by those that knew her as a caring and compassionate person. But, what she really loved most was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband of 29 years, John Olivier; children, Carrie Crawford, Gary (Nicole) Burr, Amanda (Josh) Esposito, and Damien Olivier; grandchildren, Sarah Miller, Matthew Miller, Ashley Miller, Hanna Joannson, Hunter Joannson, Miranda Burr, Avery Burr, Aiden Esposito, and Ava Esposito; siblings, Roxanne (Jerry) McKim and their two sons, Justin and Kyle, and Wayne (Barbara) Smith and their three children, Angie, Lisa, and Zach.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Anneliese Smith.

In keeping with Linda's wishes, cremation has taken place. Linda's family will gather privately to celebrate her life.
