Obituary

Beck, Patrick Joseph age 68 passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, October 23, 2022 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper. Patrick was born on March 13, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan the son of Charles “Chuck” and Betty (Thiel) Beck. He graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1972 and continued his education at University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree. Patrick was a longtime member of the Eagle Scouts. He enjoyed swimming and exercising in his spare time.

Patrick is survived by his parents; Chuck and Betty Beck, brother and sisters; Beverly (Bruce) Braun, Mike (Colleen) Beck and Renee (Jim) Leibinger, “son” David Stevens and nieces and nephews; Michael, Ashley, Kory, Ryan and Hanna.

PRAYER SERVICE: A prayer service for Patrick will take place on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 2:00 PM from Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State St.).Pastoral Associate Sharon Wahl to officiate. Inurnment will take place in St. Andrew Cemetery at a later date.

VISITATION: Family and friends may gather at Deisler Funeral Home on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.

MEMORIALS: Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider the East Side Soup Kitchen or Emmaus House of Saginaw.

My dear reindeer Patrick I am very saddened by the news that you are no longer here with us. Yet, I can rejoice because the words says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
