Our loving mother and grandmother passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Wellspring Living Campus – Shattuck Manor. She was 98 years old. Libby was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church. She loved to dedicate herself to the Saginaw Community by volunteering with the Junior League of Saginaw. Mary, Steve, and Mark:
The image you chose for the obituary photo is how "Mrs. Kelly" should always be remembered-- a warm, radiant smile, vibrant personality, and a truly kind lady who made people feel special whenever they were around her. Which is not to say that those delicious Rice Krispies squares she always seemed to have waiting for visitors to the Kelly home weren't also appreciated!
Hoping that you will always have fond and loving memories to soften now the sadness of her passing and for you to cherish in the years ahead.
Sally and John Decker
