That's a lovely eulogy. Many, many countless friends are expressing their unconditional love for this great man who is already hugely and lovingly missed. This unspectacular photo was the first I had to hand and is of Josh, Jeff Townsin and myself on tour with Bolts of Melody in the autumn of 2007 and we think may have been taken on a fateful night off in New Orleans. I got to know Josh the most my senior year of high school 96-97. My sister and I were groupies to his band, “Camo Hogs”! He drove that giant van and we all caravanned to Lansing with it to a Smashing Pumpkins concert. Josh was always a kind, smart, talented and creative person. I cherish all the memories of watching his jam sessions and trying to bring the rock scene to Inland Lakes! Later in life, I think 2008, I was able to see him perform with a band in Boston where I was living at the time! I was bursting with pride at his accomplishments and the awesome young man he had become. He will always hold a special place in my heart.

I will miss you my friend! I like the idea of planting a tree in your name and knowing its out there helping us all breathe a little better. RIP
