Merino-Yrlas, Rosalinda “Rose” Saginaw, Michigan Our funny, outgoing and caring mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and dear friend passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was 39 years old. Rosalinda A. Merino-Yrlas was born on August 23, 1982 in Saginaw to Ramiro and Lydia M. (Merino) Yrlas. Her compassionate spirit gave her the ability to help everyone she loved. Rose had a passion for cooking and will be deeply missed by her family. She is survived by her children: Nathaniel Yrlas, Aneyah Yrlas, Ganiya Akins and Jerimiah Yrlas; mother, Lydia M. (Felipe Velazquez) Merino Velazquez; companion, Gregory “Duke” Akins; siblings: Marcos (Gina) Yrlas, Anthony (Trudonna) Watson, Isa Watson, Raymond (Maria) Yrlas, Catrina (Brad) Mannie, Albento Nunez, Fernando Nunez and Linda Nunez Ojeda; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends. Rose was preceded in death by her father, Ramiro Yrlas; sister: Yolanda Yrlas; and her favorite cousin, Brianna Morris. FUNERAL: A funeral service for Rose will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State), Saginaw, MI 48603. Pastor Theodore Watson will officiate. Cremation will follow the funeral service, and she will be buried at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at the Deisler Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Almost a month and I still can't wrap my mind around this seems like I'm in a bad dream I can't wake up from. Sister I love you and truly miss you to death. I know your with us all. Stop knocking things off th shelves and just hug me please. Lol. Until we meet again. Tell your dad and sis we miss them

Well it’s been almost 3 years and I still can’t accept this. I’m trying my hardest and honestly this will be hard. I was not suppose to see you go this soon. But I knw GOD had other plans for you. I LOVE and MISS you soooo much❤️
