Charles Martin

Charles R. Martin, 83, passed away on October 21, 2021 of natural causes at his home in Saginaw. Born on November 30, 1937 in Knoxville, TN, he was the son of Ruth and Raymond Martin. He joined the United States Airforce at the age of 17. Following his time in the military, he went to work for General Motors, where he retired in 1991. He lived a full life, enjoying activities like car racing, sailing, photography, and spending his winters in Florida. He is survived by his son, Michael Martin, granddaughter, Kyra, and daughter, Jennifer Martin, all of California. Charles was predeceased by his parents and his brother Tim Martin. The family of Charles would like to thank the kind employees of Bob Evans, Spencer's Restaurant, and any other places he frequented. Thank you for your kindness always. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the organization or charity of your choice.
