Millsap, Debra A. “Debbie” Oscoda, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw, Michigan Debra A. “Debbie” Millsap, of Oscoda formerly of Saginaw, passed away unexpectedly on September 16, 2021 at the age 60. The cherished daughter of the late Rexell B. and Jacquelyn (Koonmen) Millsap, Debbie was born on August 24, 1961 in Birmingham, MI. Debbie graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School in 1979. She went on to study pre-law at Michigan State University, and then received her Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law. Debbie loved her cats Rory, Kiely and Chelsea, collecting dolls, traveling and attending many Rolling Stones concerts throughout the world. She made many lifelong friends in her travels, and will be deeply missed. Debbie will be dearly missed by her siblings: Cheryl M. Millsap, Beaverton and Scott A. (Becky) Millsap, Grand Blanc. She is also survived by her niece and nephew: Jenna M. and Dustin M. Millsap; many extended family and friends. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Andrew Gerald (Andy) Millsap; and her step-mother, Elaine Millsap. FUNERAL: A funeral liturgy for Debbie will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd., Saginaw, MI. Rev. Fr. Peter Gaspeny will officiate. Private burial will follow at a later date at St. Andrew Cemetery, Saginaw, MI. VISTATION: Family and friends will gather at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to a Humane Society of their choice.
