Kay was my friend from kindergarten to 12th grade. Then we went our separate ways. Only to be reunited for the baptism of one of her children, being god mother. We shared phone calls and visits, especially to Beaver Island. Joe and Kay were such a loving couple and to be separated was not in the cards. They are now together again and smiling down from heaven on their children and off springs. Her family was always a joy to me being an only child, there was always activity in their warm kitchen. So sorry to hear of Kay’s passing. She was a valued member of our Tai Chi Friends Group and will be sorely missed. We had many good times with both her and Joe. Sympathy and condolences to the family.
