Janet Brown

Janet Ann Brown Saginaw, Michigan Janet was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She passed peacefully into heaven on January 22nd, 2021 at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab Center under the care of hospice. She was 72 years old. The daughter of the late Clarence and Norma Haiderer, she was born on June 16th, 1948 in Saginaw, MI where she grew up, graduating from Buena Vista High School in the Class of 1967. Janet married Greg Brown on November 4th, 1972. He predeceased her on July 19th, 2019. Janet dedicated her career as a CNA to working at Sun Valley Nursing Home, retiring after 39 years there. Her advice for everyone to live by was, "Be friendly with everyone to make them smile and build friendships." She was a member of West Michigan Avenue United Methodist Church. She enjoyed family get-togethers, watching "I Love Lucy", playing bingo, and reading many books. Janet is survived by her mother-in-law Betty Brown, her sister-in-law Kathleen Haiderer, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She is predeceased by her brother, Paul, who passed away in December, 2020; as well as her nephew, John Paul Haiderer. A private family Committal Service will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
