Watson, Karen Rene Saginaw Twp., Michigan Our beloved, amazing, selfless, caring, loud, crazy and stubborn mother, daughter, sister, niece and dear friend passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, November 19, 2020. She was 35 years old. Karen Rene Watson was born on July 29, 1985 to Norman W. and Judy (Duby) Watson in Saginaw. Karen always had a smile and enjoyed volleyball and cheer leading at Bridgeport Baptist Academy. She was very artistic, and loved to standout in a crowd. She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Trinity Nelson; her mom and step-father, Judy Watson and Anthony Arrand; sisters, Jennifer (fiancé, Philip Pass) Booth and Nicole Arrand; brothers: Norman William Watson II and Robert Wayne Watson III; grandparents: Rick Ortega, Justin Darga and Sylvia Arrand; also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Karen was preceded in death by her father, Norman William Watson; her grandparents: Larry Duby, Karen Ortega, Robert and Imogene Watson According to the Karen's wishes, cremation has taken place. SERVICE: A private memorial service will be held. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to the Underground Railroad. to karens parents. my nAme is heather burton. i really hope you see this message. i jusr also learned about your daughter jen yesterday also. i am so sorry for your loss. but i can relate to jen and i would like to tell you about how karen saved my life. last year in march my brother committed suicde and i would like you to know that once thats in somes mind and they are set on doing it there is absoultey nothing you could did to prevent. maybe you could of delayed it but thats about all. we triedto help my brother in every way possible for 4 years but nothing we did helped it just delayed it. anyways karen came to my brothers funeral and i had taken a whole ton of medication so i would be numb. my brother was my bestfriend. anyways karen was so concerned that i might accidently overdose or cause myself harm. so after the funeral she came back to my house and picked me up and took me to her house. she wouldnt let me leave she made me stay all nght and the entire next day to make sure i was ok. whats crazy is that not one other single person stopped by or even called to check on me to see how i was. i truly believed karen saved my life that night because i felt like that i couldnt live without my brother. anyways i wanted to tell u guys thank u for having such a caring good hearted daughter. and for you to know before our angel left this earth she saved a life. and like i said i also can relate to jen since my brother committed suicide. if u ever even o talk please left me know

She was a wonderful person who loved her daughter more than anything and loved her mom and family!! She was always there to help people out when they needed it. I was happy last year to run back into her and become friends after 10 of not seeing each other. Picked up like we never stopped talking. Was very happy to take her camping with me this past July and just to see her have such a amazing time and just enjoy every moment. She will be greatly missed by me and everyone who knew her. I hope you are Dancing in the Sky!! Just like the song you played for me after I lost my mom penny last Dec 2019. I know you are up there in heaven and singing with the angels choir. Love you always Karen!! You may be gone in person but your spirit still lives on through everybody down here!! I know to not grieve but celebrate your life and make it count cause that's what you told me and I am going to do that for you!!
