Schust, Brett Saginaw, Michigan Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 20, 2020. He was 35 years old. Brett Schust was born on October 1, 1985 in Saginaw to Brad and Barbara J. (Makrianis) Schust. He was a kind, gentle and a naturally funny person. Of his many qualities, he had an amazing sense of humor and the ability to make you laugh and smile with ease. Brett was preceded in death by his father, Brad Schust. Brett is also survived by family and many dear lifelong friends. According to the Schust family's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will gather together privately at this time and will celebrate Brett's life with extended family and friends at a later date. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to the charity of your choice in Brett's name. I met Brett when he came into my classroom with his big smile and said "I need to get my GED, where do I sign up." He never gave up and earned his GED in no time. Brett was a kind, generous man. He had a smile and a nice word for everyone. He loved his family very much. Brett will surely be missed by all that knew him.
