Andrea Banda

Banda, Andrea Guadalupe Bridgeport Township, Michigan Loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was 41 years old. Andrea was born June 12, 1979 in Saginaw, Michigan to Rafael R. Banda Jr. and Marylou Banda. She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for many years. Her children were the light of her life and she loved every moment spent with them. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Mya Banda-Grayson and Iliano Banda; her father, Rafael R. Banda Jr., her brother, John T. (Cathy) Banda; her sister, Alicia Hunt; two nephews, Andrew Banda and Rafael Thomas Banda; aunts, Linda Banda and Eva Banda; cousins, Lisa Banda and Michelle Banda; special godmother, Lucia Trevino; many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins, and a lot of special family in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Andrea was preceded in death by her infant son, Jerimiah Banda; her mother, Marylou Banda; paternal grandparents, Rafael Banda Sr. and Juanita Banda; maternal grandparents, Juan and Andrea Avalos Banda; uncles, Thomas Juan Banda, Mark Banda, Guadalupe Banda, and Juanito Banda. FUNERAL SERVICE: No services are planned at this time. In keeping with Andrea's wishes, cremation has already taken place.
