Obituary
Cirilo, Felix Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully with family by his side Thursday, November 21, 2019. He was 91 years old. Felix was born March 22, 1928 in Edroy, Texas the son of the late Francisco and Bartola (Garcia) Cirilo. Felix was united in marriage to the former Maria de Jesus Salcedo on July 8, 1971. Felix was employed by General Motors until his retirement August 1, 1980. He was very passionate about his faith and enjoyed reading his bible every morning while he had his coffee. Felix also enjoyed spending time with his brothers camping when he was younger. He and Maria were always together; very rarely did he leave home without his bride on his side. Felix was a classy dresser and was always very independent strong willed. Most of all Felix loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He was a good husband and father and will be dearly missed The family would like to extend gratitude and thinks to First State Home & Hospice Care, especially his nurse Emma for the wonderful care she provided. Felix is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Maria; children Delia (Jim) Dembinsky and Manuel (Sylvia) Cirilo; seven grandchildren, Christin, Elisa, Erika, Danny, Aurora, Manuel Jr. and Nicolas; eleven great-grandchildren, Maria, Armando, Jeremiah, CJ, Jackson, Violet, Andrew, Noah, Emilia, Kendall and Roselyn; brother, Domingo Cirilo and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Felix was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Trinidad, Marcelino, Lupe, Francis, Demencio and Carlo. FUNERAL: A funeral service for Felix will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Pastor Robert Markillie to officiate. Cremation will follow the funeral service. VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Your dad was always with a shy kindna smile. He was kind to me and my mother and my family. I admired how he loved and respected his family. When you left for the service I remember how sad your parents were but yet how proud he was of his son. You all were truly blessed to have such a man like this. He will forever have a place in our hearts.
