Robert Lewis

Lewis, Robert "Bob" M. Saginaw, Michigan Beloved brother and uncle passed away peacefully, October 26, 2019 at HealthSource Saginaw. He was 61 years old. Robert Matthew Lewis was born on January 2, 1958 in Saginaw to the late Marion V. and Yuma (Williams) Lewis. Robert's family and friends knew him as "Bob" or "Fritz". He graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1977. Bob was an Eagle Scout, and also a God and Country Medal Recipient. Bob faced many trials and tribulations throughout his life but enjoyed being a comedian and Ordained Minister. Bob was greeted in heaven by his parents; his older brother, Thomas Harold Lewis; and his sister, Nancy Jane (Lewis) Hoffman. Bob is survived by his brother-in-law: Bill Hoffman; nephews: Matthew (Dawn) Hoffman and Jeffery Hoffman; many dear friends and extended family. SERVICE: A memorial service for Bob will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Pastor David VanNorman Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens on Wednesday.
