Obituary
Passed away unexpectedly on October 30, 2019 at the age of 51. Laura was born on November 1, 1967 in Saginaw, Michigan the daughter of Charles and JoAnn (French) Kern. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1986. Laura enjoyed doing crafts and gardening. But most of all she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Laura is survived by her two sons; Joshua Charles Kern and Jesse Vasquez, two grandchildren; Kiera Jean Kern and Anthony James Kern, a sister; Christine Kern and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Laura was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Catherine Schleiger. FUNERAL: A Memorial Service for Laura will take place Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2:00 PM from Deisler Funeral Home. VISITATION: Family and friends will gather on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. MEMORIALS: Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider memorials to the "Wishes of the Family" C/O Benjamin Vasquez. She had a beautiful heart! She would do anything for anyone. Family was everything to her. I have to many great memories that I can't just share one. She was my aunt and mom. Rest In Peace Aunt Lori. I love u to the moon and back. This is no goodbyes! Until we meet again...
