Janice Wahr

Passed away on September 24, 2019, surrounded by her family. She was 72 years old. Janice was born on November 10, 1946 in Saginaw, Michigan to Gerhardt and Muriel (LaBrake) Krueger. She married John Wahr on August 27, 1966; he preceded her in death on October 5, 2017. Janice enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, gardening, her flowers, sewing, cross stitching and baking with her grandchildren. But most of all Janice enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers on tv and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed. Janice is survived by three daughters and two sons: Michelle (Terry) Miller, Brian Wahr, Lisa (Brian Louks), Brent (Tricia) Wahr, and Sarah Wahr; ten grandchildren: Jamie (Kelsey) Miller, Bailey Miller, Chelsea (TJ White) Wahr, Julia Louks, Corissa Wahr, Delani Wahr, Ellianah Wahr, Adelaide Bolt, Brooke Koch and Wyatt Wahr; two grandpups: Jeter and Wrigley; four great-grandchildren; two brothers: Jerry (Maureen) and Tim Krueger; brothers in-laws and sisters in-laws: Sharon Krueger,Sue Krueger, Barbara, Richard (Nancy), Beverly, Ivah (Walter), David (Emelyn), and Fred (Pat) Wahr ;and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband John, Janice was preceded in death by her parents and mother and father in-laws, Leo and Pearl Wahr, granddaughter, Bailey Michelle Miller and two brothers; Wayne and Tom Krueger FUNERAL: A Memorial Service will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Chaplain Jerry Larkin to officiate. Cremation has taken place. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
