Rickie Swint

Swint, Rickie C. Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully, Saturday 10, 2019 with family by his side at Covenant Health Care-Harrison, at the age of 66. Rickie was born on April 19, 1953 in Little Rock, Arkansas the son of Carlos and Dorothy (Westbrook) Swint. He proudly served his country in the Unites States Air Force. Rickie was united in marriage to the former Kanungnit Chareonphum on September 7, 1992 in Saginaw, Michigan. Rickie was a very hard working man. The rare times he wasn't working he was helping somebody out. Rickie was very generous to a fault. He would give the shirt off his back if it was needed. Rickie was well known for paying for an elderly couples or soldiers meal and always wanting it to stay anonymous. He had a huge heart and will be missed dearly. Rickie is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Kanungnit; three children, Stephanie Swint, Jennifer Ladrig and Timothy Swint; step-son, Craig Hogarth; six grand-children; three siblings, Bill (Sue) Osborne, Carol (Tom) Wells and Hollis McCabbe and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Rickie was preceded in death by a sister, Yvonne Jackson and a niece and nephew. In keeping with Rickie's wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers those wishing to do a memorial contribution are asked to send their gift to Deisler Funeral Home for the "Wishes of the Swint Family", C/O Kanungnit Swint.
