Donald Chisa

Chisa, Donald C. Bay City, Michigan Passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Brian's House. Age 74 years. Donald Clifton Chisa was born on October 31, 1944 in Highland Park, Michigan to the late Robert and Marie (Monk) Logan. His father passed away when Don was very young. His mother, Marie, later married Adrian Chisa, and together they raised Don and his siblings in St. Helen, Michigan. Don was an independent spirit who touched many lives. He enjoyed visiting with many friends at the Matthew 25 Café in Bay City. Surviving are his sister, Susan Gilkey; sister-in-law, Anna Chisa; girlfriend, Kimi Kamruzzaman; his dog, Chico; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Don was preceded in death by his parents and brother, John "Jack" Robert Chisa. FUNERAL: Don's Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2019 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Major Rick Ray will officiate. Rite of Committal will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery. VISITATION: Family and friends may visit at the Deisler Funeral Home, on Friday, August 2, 2019 from noon until the time of service.
