Obituary
Passed away Tuesday morning, June 11, 2019 at the age of 62. Victoria was born February 14, 1957 in Saginaw, the daughter of John and Jo Ann (Deike) Granville. She was united in marriage to Robert Collins on May 1, 1976 in Saginaw. Victoria was a member of the Forged Alliance Motorcycle Club. She enjoyed crocheting, bowling, camping, bingo and riding motorcycles. But most of all Victoria enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be missed dearly. Victoria is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert; two children, Jamie (Doug) Gillenstern and Christopher (Amanda) Collins; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother and sister, John Granville and Wendy (Joe) Sauve; sister and brother in-laws, Connie and Garth Jackson and several nieces and nephews. FUNERAL: A funeral service for Victoria will take place at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019 from Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) with Chaplain Lon Cook to officiate. Cremation to follow the service. VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, June 14, 2019 from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM and again Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Vicki was one of my coworkers at Walgreens. For many years we worked together and grew to know one another. She will always be remembered as being a hard worker and one tough cookie. She was a sweetheart. May she rest in peace!

My dearest best friend, we were both 16 when we met, we had good times and held each other in bad times. we have lived a lot together. I will miss you so much. You always kept me in line, but anyone that knew you understands that. Your heart at times was weak but made of gold. You deserve to rest in peace, you took care of a lot of family, you taught them to carry on. I saw them do it these last days and weeks. You, Bob, and the kids will always be in my prayers. I would like to say how very sorry I am to hear of Vicki's passing. I was totally shocked. I have so many memories over the last 40 years that include Vicki. From Connie and I going to your house on Weber from Saginaw High for lunch and babysitting Jamie and Chris. You guys living on Maplewood with her babysitting my kids, baseball games, bowling, spending a huge portion of my summers at the house on Division. Her and Carol trying to teach me how to drive at Ojibway (sorry again about your car Carol). Most recently seeing the 2 of you at Cracker Barrel having dinner. The list could just go on and on. You and Vicki were a huge part of my life growing up. I can't imagine seeing you without Vicki. I am just heart broken for all of you.
