Obituary
June was called home to Heaven on Wednesday June 5, 2019 at Covenant Healthcare at the age of 90. June was born March 6, 1929 in Saginaw. She is the daughter of Alfred and Evelyn (Rousseau) Wressell. She attended St. Andrews School her entire childhood; where she until recently attended her school reunions for the class of 1948. June was united in marriage to the love of her life, Harold Keene, on January 24, 1953. They resided in Saginaw where they spent 66 years together. June had a great sense of humor, was very stubborn and was quite witty; she never came up short of a clever saying. June could talk with anyone like they were friends. She was an individual who touched the lives of all who knew her. June and Harold loved to travel, spending many of their summers at Lake Superior State Forest Campground where they enjoyed collecting agates along the shore of Lake Superior. She always loved traveling and she loved to say she traveled the world because her handwriting was the "Beauty" of the XMH Beauty brand. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and will be missed dearly. June is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Harold; five children: Joe (Deb) Keene, Kathy (Mark) Mikula, Mary K. (Jeff) Rowe, Carol (Bob) Wynn, and Harold (Karen) Keene; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great- grandchild and a brother, James (Valeria) Wressell. June was preceded in death by two babies, Ricky Lee Yeager and Karen Rae Keene; one grandchild, Daniel Haas; four brothers, Gene, Jack, Leo, and Ray and three sisters; Janet, Mary, and Margarete Anne. VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at the funeral home Sunday from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service. FUNERAL: A funeral service for June will take place Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Deisler Funeral Home 2233 Hemmeter Rd (Off State), where Pastor Rob Richards will officiate.
