Timothy Everett

It has been many years since I have seen Tim. I was lucky enough to get together with him right before he left Florida. He will always be remembered with a big smile as that is what I always received when I saw him, whether planned or unplanned. I am saddened by all he had to endure medically but I know he went through it as only Tim could, with tremendous strength and dignity. Xoxo Tim - until we meet again!

To Cheryl, Steve, Craig, all the spouses & family of Tim, Michael & I want you to know how very sad we are for the loss of your dear brother. It is such a devastating loss when we lose a sibling, one that goes so deep in your soul that it is life changing and we unfortunately have both been through this much to soon. Tim had a smile that lit up the room & he was a joy to know & talk to & I feel blessed to have known him. May you all find peace in knowing he's not in pain anymore & know how many people loved him. He was a wonderful man.

Tim was my brothers best friend throughout high school. Tim was always present at our home and even touting was four years younger was always pleasant to me. I finally got in touch with Tim many years later through Facebook after he moved from Tampa back to Saginaw. Glad he was around his brother and sister in the end. Rip Tim.

I was in college with Tim at Capital University. My clearest memory involving Tim was one when the Cap basketball team made it into the NCAA tournament and I was invited, along with I don't remember how many other students (Tim knew everybody!) to stay at the family home in Michigan for the games. Cap didn't get as far as we wanted, but what a party we had! I can't remember how many bodies you had to step over to get to the bathroom - we were all sleeping on the floor, hanging from the ceiling, sleeping under furniture.....we had so much fun that weekend, and Tim was....well, Tim! The ever so gracious, funny fella he had been for 4 years! We stayed in touch after graduation, since we both stayed in Columbus. The only beef I ever had with him was when he left Columbus so suddenly, he took off with a bunch of my 33 1/3 record albums! He had a party one Saturday night and I took the music. When I went out the next day to get them, he was gone - poof. I tried several times to find him, but to no avail. I am sorry I never got to see him again. He was a great friend, a lot of fun, and a gentle soul. My condolences to you all. I hope he is at peace now. Janese Ried, Capital University, class of '70.
