Sincere condolences to Jim's family. I had the pleasure to know Jim through my Dad Bob Biggers, also a MBT PBX repairman. I met Jim when I worked at Merrill Lynch. He & Mr. Parent would fix our teletype machines. Another great guy from The Greatest Generation. Prayers for strength to the family during this difficult time.
