Anna O'Leary

O'Leary, Anna M. Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Saginaw Senior Care and Rehab Center. She was 91 years old. Anna M. Lundquist was a triplet born January 13, 1927 in Grand Marais, MI to the late Alfred and Mabel F. (Hatfield) Lundquist. Ann came to Saginaw when she was 26 years old. She married Robert O'Leary on December 5, 1975 in Saginaw, Michigan, he preceded her in death on November 4, 1999. Ann was a faithful member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Ann was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed working on puzzle books and loved watching the Detroit Tigers play. Ann also enjoyed many forms of entertainment. Ann is survived by her daughter, Josephine Nyman; grandson, William (fiancée Michelle Lemuel) Nyman; great-grandson, Chase Nyman; special friend, Frank Sternett and many nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her siblings: Frank, Bess, Glady and Al. FUNERAL: A Funeral Liturgy for Anna will be held at 10:00 a.m., December 19, 2018 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Road, Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Peter J. Gaspeny will officiate with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. VISITATION: Family and friends will gather at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State) on December 18, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A Vigil will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Deisler Funeral Home. Visitation will continue at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
