Barbara Mott

Mott, Barbara Jean Kochville Twp., Michigan Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Cartwright Hospice Residence surrounded by her family. She was 86 years old. Barbara Jean Weigold was born on February 20, 1932 in Marion Springs, MI to the late Fritz and Christina Weigold. Barb grew up on the family farm in Marion Springs and graduated from St. Charles High School. She worked for Gase Bakery in Saginaw where she met Charles A. Mott. They were married in October of 1956 and celebrated 62 years together. Barbara was an animal lover, and greatly enjoyed her dogs and cats over the years. She also loved to travel with her husband, Charles throughout the United States. Barbara is survived by her husband, Charles A. Mott; son, Brad (Tina) Mott; grandchildren: Cassidy and Ian Mott-Chinevere; Tyler Sullivan and Brandon (Shelby) Sullivan; great granddaughter, Rylynn Sullivan; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Clara Rosser, Eleanor Weigold and Hanns Weigold. FUNERAL: A funeral service for Barbara will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday May 18, 2018 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends and family are welcome to visit at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
