Lee, Barbara M. "Barb" of Saginaw Township Beloved daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt / Godmother passed away peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018, at Brian's House, with her family by her side. She was 63 years old. Barbara Marie Lee was born on January 3, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan to Robert J. and Arlene A. (Roeglin) Lee. She was a 1973 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Following graduation, she worked for Morley"s as a gift wrapper. Barb was later employed with Jacobson Stores Incorporated in the Ladies Shoe Salon for 28 year. After their closing Barb began working in the shoe department from Hudson's, Marshall Field's and Macy's for over 16 years. Wherever she worked, Barb could make friends. She considered her co-workers family and she adored her customers. Barb loved playing Bingo with her mother and Bingo friends, as well as playing cards, dice and other games. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to Higgin's Lake and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Barb will forever be remembered fondly for spending time with her family, her giving heart and her wonderful sense of humor. Surviving are her parents, Robert and Arlene Lee of Saginaw Township; four sisters and one brother, Jean Lee, Deb Lee, Sandy (Brian) Dunham, Bobby (Nan) Lee, and Sue Lee; two nephews and four nieces: Shawn (Amanda) Dunham, Kelly Dunham, Amber Lee, Brook Lee, Austin Lee and Tara Lee; and great-niece / Goddaughter: Sophie Dunham. Also surviving are many additional family members, friends, former co-workers and her Macy's family. FUNERAL: A Prayer Service will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Steve Gavit will officiate. Honoring Barb's wishes cremation has taken place. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. I'm very sad to see that Barb has passed away. I don't think I've seen her since we graduated in 1973, but remember her fondly from our school days in Zilwaukee.
