Maddison Schmitz

SCHMITZ, Maddison Rae gained her Angel Wings on October 26, 2017 at Covenant Hospital. She was born at 5:11 a.m., weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 19 inches long. She is survived by her parents: Danny and Tiffany Schmitz; brother, Matthew; grandparents: Nancy Cline and Matthew and Michelle Eastman; great-grandparents: Danny Cline, Bonnie Trinklein, and Patricia Boyd; aunts: Nicole Eastman and Julie Cline; cousins: Jason Shands and David Lyons; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Rainer Schmitz and great-grandmother, Judy Cline; great-grandfathers: Ernst Trinklein and Michael Eastman. Maddison was nothing but perfect in her short 12 hours on this earth, and managed to capture the hearts of many people. Life is short; we must remember the little things in life that we all take for granted. Like a beautiful butterfly, she flew on to be at peace. For we will not mourn her death, but instead celebrate her life. Though her body may be gone, her spirit is stronger than ever. Fly high, Maddie, like the perfect angel you are.
