Faust, Arleen S. of Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at her daughter's home on Thursday, September 21, 2017. She was 79 years old. Arleen Shirley Breton was born on August 15, 1938 in Saginaw to the late Clarence H. and DeEtta G. (Whitman) Breton. Arleen proudly graduated from Hemlock Adult Education in 1976. She worked as a realtor for many years with Century 21, earning enough sales to be part of their Million Dollar Club. She also worked as a certified nursing assistant at Gladwin Pines Nursing Home. Arleen loved to sip on coffee in the company of friends, play cards, especially Euchre, and looked forward every year to opening up her pool to swim. Arleen will forever be remembered for her kind and giving spirit. Above all, she loved and cherished her family.
Surviving are three daughters and two sons: Donna Faust of Saginaw, Shirley (Fred) Codoni of Saginaw, Donald Faust of Saginaw, Daniel Faust of Farwell and DeAnna (Bill Thelen) Faust of Saginaw; seven grandchildren: Treasa (Kevin) Kish, Heidi (Bill) Heoppner, Wayne (Amanda) Toner, Amber (Bill) Faust, Daniel Faust, Jillian (Justin) Faust and Joseph Faust; 13 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marguerite Lindszuhn. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by a former spouse, Donald K. Faust; one great great-granddaughter, Lavila Arleen; a sister, Delores Stark; and two nephews: John and Kurt Lindszuhn.
FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Robert Richards will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
