Dear Dutcher Family: We send our sincerest sympathies to you and your friends. He was a very sweet person that I knew. He was always a nice sweet and always smiling. He showed how he loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great grand children. Take heart he and the rest of the loved ones that we have lost to Lord still are watching, smiling, laughing and the rain is their tears from Heaven as they show their feeling of sorrow of missing you down here.
