Frank Rosas

Rosas, Frank of Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend passed away peacefully, with his family by his side on Saturday, March 25, 2017. He was 72 years old. Frank Rosas was born on May 6, 1944 in San Marcos, Texas to the late Juan and Maria (Teneyuque) Rosas. He married the love of his life, Gloria Garcia on July 24, 1970; she survives him. Frank loved cars, but especially took great pride in his Nova. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed baseball the most. Frank was an avid hunter and appreciated being outdoors, specifically working on his yard. Above all, Frank loved and cherished his family. He will forever be remembered for his kindness to all. Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Gloria Rosas of Saginaw; three children: Vieonca (Juan) Rosas Delgado of Saginaw, Francisco "Boy" Rosas of Saginaw and Michael Rosas of Saginaw; one honorary daughter, Erica (Elvis) Rosas Machul; 10 grandchildren: Ashley (Eric) Delgado, Juan (Stephanie) Delgado, Semantha Delgado, Cecilia (Pete) Juarez, Israel (Chelsa) Delgado, Marcel (Mariah) Delgado, Jessica Rosas, Delilah Rosas, Veronica Rosas and Francisco Rosas, Jr.; three great-grandchildren and his companions: Savannah Machul, Elvis "Bub" Machul and Ciara Delgado; 15 great-grandchildren; and four brothers and two sisters: John (Helen) Rosas, Lupe (Irene) Rosas, Robert (Linda) Rosas, Juan Louis "Louie" (Sarah) Rosas, Sylvia (Elias) Martinez, and Stella Payne. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Carlos Rosas. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Dr. Julian Gonzalez will officiate. Honoring Frank's wishes cremation will follow. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Rosas Family c/o Gloria Rosas.
