McNally, Mary Catherine Saginaw Twp., Michigan Passed away Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Cartwright Hospice Residence. She was 84 years old. Mary Catherine Dower was born on April 30, 1932 in Saginaw, MI to the late Norman and Gertrude (DeRosia) Dower. She married Robert Grant McNally on September 23, 1950 in Saginaw. He preceded her in death on July 12, 2006. Mary was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She worked for 26 years at King Communications. Mary was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. Her spirited personality was adored by all of those close to her. She enjoyed playing cards with her childhood friends and spending time with her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her children: Kathaleen McNally Roy, Maureen (Thomas) Chrcek, Michael (Beverly) McNally and Colleen (Phillip) Hendrick; a niece, Laurie Daignault, eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her sister, Betty Daignault. Honoring Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no memorial service or visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd., (off State). Mary worked for our company for 24 years where she worked in a variety of roles from her initial job as personal secretary to Carl King SR, to being in charge of the Tri-city Builders Exchange, to being the office manager of the Saginaw County Medical Society. Mary was always reliable, always dependable and always capable of the assignment she took on. She loved her family and all of her daughters came to work for the company at one time or another as well..... and Kathy still works for King Communications. Mary made a strong contribution to our company and I have many good memories and recollections of her years with us.
