Rabe, Robert A. "Bob" Thomas Twp., Michigan Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather, passed away peacefully on Father's Day, Sunday, June 19, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at the Cartwright Hospice Residence. He was 81 years old. Robert Allen Rabe was born on June 18, 1935 to the late Harold and Laura (Schlevogt) Rabe in Saginaw, MI. He married Madelyn L. Rogers on May 3, 1958. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Madelyn; daughters: Lori (Wade) Ali and Julie(Rabe) Hupfer; grandchildren: Adam Ali, Kristin Ali (Austin Turner); Amanda Hupfer (Kyle) Miller, Riley Hupfer; great-grandchildren: Eva Turner and Maci Miller; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He had a 30 year career with Superior Dairies "Golden Guernsey Milk", as a business partner and home delivery milkman in the Midland area. Well loved by many including his customers, friends and most of all his family, Bob will be truly missed. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside tribute and burial will be held with the immediate family.
