Obituary
Rogoszewski, Jean M. Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully at her home Tuesday, April 19, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was 85 years old. Jean Marie Noyes was born on April 3, 1931 in Saginaw to the late Percy and Dora (Davignon) Noyes. She married John A. Rogoszewski on May 16, 1953 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on November 16, 2002. Jean loved to play bingo, collect angels and teddy bears. She loved raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren. Jean had a kind heart and loved to care for all of those around her. Jean is survived by her children: Patricia (Kenneth) Rogers, Barbara Rogoszewski (Richard Nanney) and Mary Szilagyi (Michael Gerstenberger); son-in-law, Dan Ziolkowski; 19 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; siblings: Elizabeth Adams, Lila Weighman, Maxine Odette and Carl Noyes; many nieces and nephews. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, John; children, Mary Lou Ziolkowski, Dale Rogoszewski and Maude Last. FUNERAL: A funeral service for Jean will take place at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Francis Voris, OFM Cap will officiate. According to Jean's wishes cremation will follow the funeral service. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to the Rogoszewski Family c/o Mary Szilagyi.
