Thomas Hill

Hill, Thomas Walter of Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, with his family by his side at Covenant Cooper. He was 60 years old. Thomas W. Hill was born in Saginaw, Michigan on May 4, 1955 to the late Walter John and Barbara Ann (Clark) Hill. He was a 1973 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Tom, along with his brother, Terry, owned and operated the Hydro-Mechanical Supply Company and was currently self-employed. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed basketball. Tom also had a passion to travel, especially visiting his son, Justin in Florida. Surviving are a daughter, Stephanie Hill and her significant other, Andy Watrous of Saginaw; step-daughter, Jody Ogram and her son, Jack Clement of Saginaw; a grandson, Noah Hill of Saginaw; and sister, Jan (Roger) Byron of Alden. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and special friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Justin T. Hill; sister, Pamela (Hill) Pillsbury; and a brother, Terry Hill. FUNERAL: Honoring Tom's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Robert Richards will officiate. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 3:00 p.m. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
