Patsy Stephens

Stephens, Patsy of Saginaw, Michigan Passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at St. Francis Home. She was 98 years old. Patsy Geigerle was born on March 18, 1917 to the late Jacob and Mary Ellen (Brownlie) Geigerle. She married James E. Stephens; he preceded her in death on May 15, 1992. She was faithful member of St. Dominic Parish, SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Pat will forever be remembered for her kind, gentle and artistic soul. She enjoyed both oil and water color painting, as well as writing poetry. Pat also enjoyed reading and working on word puzzles. Surviving are a niece, Sue Bernardoni and her husband, Martin Humphrey of Saginaw; and two nephews: Ben (Alice) Yorks and Joe (Kay) Stanulis; Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Patsy was preceded in death by a beloved son, Robert J. Stephens. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Andrew LaFramboise will officiate. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Mausoleum. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A Vigil Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Monday evening.
