Annette Provencher

PROVENCHER, Annette C. of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Cartwright Hospice Residence with her family by her side. She was 69 years old. Annette C.Finazzi was born on February 23, 1946 in Saginaw to the late Joseph and Eva (Warba) Finazzi. She was a proud graduate of St. Andrew High School. She married Gary Provencher on January 26, 1980; he survives her. Throughout her life, Annette worked various positions within Saginaw Community Hospital. She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church. Annette had a love for animals, especially her cats. She enjoyed sitting on her porch feeding the birds and watching the squirrels. Above all, she loved and cherished her family. Annette is survived by her husband of 35 years, Gary Provencher of Saginaw; son, James (Sara) Provencher of Traverse City; two granddaughters: Quinn and Camryn Provencher; a sister and two brothers: Emma Jean Nitsos, John (MaryJo) Finazzi, and Bill (Joann) Finazzi; sister-in-law, Nancy Finazzi; a loving niece, Mary Ann Nitsos. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends. Annette was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Finazzi. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Fr. Ronald F. Wagner will officiate. Honoring Annette's wishes cremation has taken place. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Humane Society of Saginaw County and the Cartwright Hospice Residence.
