Judith Mleczek

Mleczek, Judith Ann (Beutel) Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother and sister passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. She was 80 years old. Judith Ann Beutel was born on July 24, 1934 in Saginaw, MI to the late Carl and Claire (Schaeding) Beutel. On May 22, 1954 Judith married Kenneth Edward Mleczek, he predeceased her on March 10, 1997. Judith attended St. John's Lutheran School and graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1952. She enjoyed reading, playing cards and going to play bingo. Judith loved to go to her cottage that her husband built for her on Wixom Lake to spend time with her grandchildren. Judith is survived by her children: Kathy Sue (Dale) Malzahn, Rock Hill, South Carolina, Kimberly Ann (Dennis) Kelsey, Freeland, Michigan, and Kenneth Carl (Anne) Mleczek, Rochester Hills, Michigan; four precious grandchildren: Erik (Elena) Malzahn, Virginia Beach, VA, Amy Malzahn, Durham, NC, Julia Mleczek, Rochester Hills, MI and Andrew Mleczek, Rochester Hills, MI; brothers: Robert (Sharon) Beutel, Carl (Linda) Beutel, and Thomas (Penny) Beutel; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In addition to her husband Kenneth, she was predeceased by her parents, Carl and Claire Beutel; her in-laws, Edward and Leona Mleczek; and her brother, Richard Beutel. FUNERAL: A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2015 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 808 Weiss St., Saginaw. Rev. Michael Korte will officiate with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd., (off State). Judith will lie in state at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
