Dorothy Murray

MURRAY, Dorothy A. of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014 at Covenant HealthCare - Cooper. She was 79 years old. Dorothy Ann Bosley was born June 18, 1935 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Wilford J. and Helen F. (Kenny) Bosley. She was married to James P. Murray Sr. for 23 years; he preceded her in death. Later she would meet her best friend, Joseph Pagano; he too would precede her in death. Dorothy was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church and St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, Bingo, and spending time with friends. Surviving are her daughter and two sons: Laura A. Murray, James "Jim" P. Murray and fiancée, Pepper L. Jones, and Michael Pagano; two grandsons: James P. Gower and Cody L. Gower; one great-grandson, James P. Gower, II; and three siblings: James (Jenny) Bosley, Mary Davis, and Alice Burum. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Joseph Bosley, Margaret Shanhan, and Richard Bosley. FUNERAL: Funeral Services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 5, 2014 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Rev. Paul R. Hinz will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Andrew Cemetery. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., as well as on Friday, 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
