Jacquelyn Ecker

ECKER (BUDDLE), Jacquelyn M. of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014 at Cartwright Hospice Residence surrounded by love. She was 63 years old. Jacquelyn Marie Buddle was born on October 31, 1950 to the late Jack Junior and Rose (Ickes) Buddle in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School with the Class of 1969. Later, she worked in media advertising with WSAM, WKCQ, WHNN, and WSMH Fox 66. In her spare time, Jacquelyn enjoyed spending time with family, watching the Tigers, gardening, playing cards, and traveling. Surviving are two sons: Jamie (Jill) Ecker and Jasun (Michelle) Ecker; seven grandchildren: Jack and Morgan Ecker, Jacob and Joshua Mader, Amber (Adam) Diaz, Taylor Ferrante, and Ashle Ecker; four great grandchildren: Alonzo, Aaleyah, Colie, Landon, and awaiting the arrival of Baby Jacob; and siblings: Don (Sue) Richard, Sonya (Bob) Frost, and Sharon Bishop. Also surviving is her very dear friend, Maggie Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Ron Bishop. FUNERAL: A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at the Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd. (off State). Pastor Rob Troutman will officiate. Per Jacquelyn's request, cremation will follow. Private burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. VISITATION: Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday, June 2, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
